Shipping policy

We are a small independent apparel brand based in Helsinki, Finland. Our pieces are made in limited drops, and each order is packed and sent with care.

Orders are shipped from Helsinki, Finland. Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, we will contact you to agree on the next step.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to selected countries and areas within the European Union. The countries and delivery areas available for shipping are shown at checkout.

If your country or area is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet. We hope to expand shipping in the future.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and start after dispatch. They do not include order processing time.

We prepare and ship orders as soon as reasonably possible after order confirmation. Unless we agree otherwise with you, orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the purchase agreement is formed.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods, holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control. If delivery is delayed, we will contact you.

Prices, Taxes And Duties

All prices are shown in euros. The final product price, shipping price, applicable taxes and order total are shown before payment.

Because we currently ship only to selected EU destinations shown at checkout, customs duties are not expected for available destinations. If we expand shipping outside the European Union in the future, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply and will be the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
