Shipping & Delivery

We are a small independent apparel brand based in Helsinki, Finland. Orders are shipped from Finland. Available shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. You will receive tracking by email once your order has shipped.

Where we ship

We ship to selected destinations shown at checkout. Outside Europe, checkout delivery is currently available to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.

United States

US orders are sent with UPS Expedited. Import duties, import taxes, customs brokerage charges and any other local charges are not included in our product or shipping price. They are the recipient’s responsibility and may be requested by the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

We complete the commercial customs declaration for the shipment. You do not need to create a declaration yourself. If a carrier or customs authority asks you for product information, please contact us at contact@alinarolling.com.

International destinations outside the EU

For Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland, we use an international delivery service. Local import taxes, duties, clearance fees or other charges may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

There is no single duty-free threshold that applies everywhere: whether a charge applies depends on the destination, item value, product origin and local rules. Please check your local customs rules before ordering if this is important to you.

United Kingdom

UK checkout is not currently available on alinarolling.com. UK orders will be offered through Etsy when the UK listing is live, so that the marketplace can apply the appropriate UK tax. Etsy prices may differ from our website prices because tax and marketplace costs are handled there.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after dispatch and do not include order processing time. Delivery can take longer during busy periods, holidays, customs processing or carrier delays.
